Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

Liked: Great hotel; great people; bartender Kyle is the best.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Disliked: The attitude of the staff at the valet and reception was horrible and no one informed us about the marathon that took place in front of the hotel. We had to drag our luggage while it was raining to the parking lot that is few blocks from the hotel Definitely not worth the 200 dollar that we paid to stay in there

Liked: The location is great, staff was very helpful and facilities as described. The facilities aren't new but it was decent.
Disliked: It was significantly loud in the area on Saturday and Sunday well into the night which made it a bit uncomfortable.Also, the bathroom fixtures would need a bit more cleaning - the shower was very rusty.

Disliked: Awful, dark, miserable, tired, staff unhelpful and completely disinterested. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. Asked for dining recommendations and they could offer no advice and said look at the piece of paper in the bedroom which recommended fast food restaurants in the area. There was no house keeping first day and when I called reception to enquire was told that you need to request this, apparently this was also information on the same scruffy piece of paper in the bedroom. I requested housekeeping 2nd day at 7am, at 1pm room remained unserviced, I called reception and was told they would try to get to me before they left. As I said just awful....Avoid!
