Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Liked: Magnolia hotel has some art deco vibes and overall is an okay stay. I enjoyed the front desk staff - they were kind, helpful, and open to giving recommendations. My best friend and I stayed for a girls weekend and the location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the rooms are in dire need of some updating and paint. We noted stains on the carpet and walls. The desk leg was broken. The lamp shade was broken. The light fixtures didn’t have all the light bulbs it required. The TV was maybe the first one ever made.This hotel was the best price in the area and for a girls trip, it met our needs, but if I came with my husband, I’d be pretty unhappy with the room.

Liked: The location is very nice. In the heart of downtown close to a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was somewhat friendly.
Disliked: I booked a deluxe queen room. When we checked in, they put us in a shabby double room that had not been cleaned. The front desk staff apologized and put us in another room, but it was not what I booked. I made this reservation for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and nothing about this hotel matched what is on the page. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was the wrong room, and the first room we were given was uncleaned and quite frankly disgusting. One of the double beds in the 2nd room still had makeup stains on the sheet, at least there were 2 double beds. Quite a disappointing stay for what should have been a wonderful night.

Liked: great location, surprisingly quiet. big, comfortable room. cleaning on demand, not automatically daily meant that mornings were quiet. no restaurant but I didn't need it. chilled vibe and plenty of space. I liked it.
Disliked: windows could have done with a clean although downtown there's not much of a view.
