Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

I froze my bottom off.

Disliked: I couldn’t controll the hvac the air conditioner temp was low and I couldn’t adjust it so I froze my whole night while sleeping. I caught a cold from this temperature in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance and he would fix it, he never came it was a terrible night freezing. I thought I was living out side. The money I spent on that room I should have at least been comfortable.

Liked: Coffee from shop next door.
Disliked: We had items stolen from our room, probably by room cleaners. Reported to staff who seemed not concerned. Front desk staff were rude and uncaring. Be careful if staying there
