Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Liked: I only like the location. I did not like the experience that I had there.
Disliked: I didn’t like how cold it was and we had to sleep in a cold room the first night I didn’t like how they checked us out a night before and our keys didn’t work and I don’t like how they said they were going to do some compensation on something and they didn’t. They gave me one day off of parking when I was told I would either get one free night or all my parking would be free.

Liked: Nothing it’s dirty and the bathroom was dirty and ithe whole room smelled weird like mildew.
Disliked: The smell how dirty the room were we got two rooms and both smelled horrible! Outdated nothing is easy and accessible nothing worked in the room the bathroom toilet made a noise the whole night!
