Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

Liked: Great hotel; great people; bartender Kyle is the best.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Liked: The location is great! The room was clean.
Disliked: It is definitely an older hotel that could use some updates. The coffee and fridge were in a closet with dim lighting and you have to move the coffee maker to actually plug it in.

Hotel is convenient location but...

Liked: Their WiFi was out all night and I needed access for court. When I asked when it would be back on the desk clerk said, “there’s a sign on the desk that it’s out and I don’t have an estimate of when it will be back.” The toilet water ran all night. The parking is $45 and only said parking was available until I paid and then said it was $45. You would think if I’m paying that much for a room, they would have the WiFi up and toilets in good working order. Will not stay there again.
