Liked: We loved the hotel & the surrounding area. Nicole managing the bar was excellent & so much fun (hope your Yorkshire puddings turn out OK).

Liked: The water was off

The stay was ok, bed...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! Service from the waitress was excellent; very nice and pleasant.
Disliked: Needed more towels, especially face towels. Had to call for more towels. Trash basket was entirely to small, it was only that one trash basket in the bathroom.

Bad

Disliked: I was charged twice. Once by booking.com for 151.59 on December 19, 2024 when we made the reservation and then again when we checked out January 18,2025. I am not paying twice. If this is how you do business it will be the last time. Thank you.

Magnolia Bluff was my favorite...

Liked: It was available.
Disliked: My room was not well put together. There was visible cuts in the ceiling and walls from repairs. One of the elevators was not working and the one that was working was sounding like it was falling apart.

I have no bad thing...

Liked: everything was great. I think ya'll should "showcase" the bar area. It is a good spot to entertain live music or something of the sort.
Disliked: wish it had more entertainment for the hotel guests that doesn't like to leave out of the hotel at night
