Thanksgiving visit

Liked: The location was great. We were upgraded to a suite because our room was not ready at 7pm.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when we tried to check in several hours after check-in time. The lighting in the suite was terrible. The suite didn't have a mini fridge. It had a wine cooler, which was not cool at all. The lights in the bathroom made a terrible noise, and the water didn't drain from the shower properly.

Liked: The location was best thing about the hotel.
Disliked: We were given a room that someone else was already in, only one elevator worked and the other was not working correctly. The room we were given was for handicapped individuals so it only had a shower. The bathroom floor stayed wet whenever you take a shower because the drain was higher than the rest of the floor. The shower curtain would not stay on the hooks. The mattress was incredibly stiff and room would not stay a consistent temperature. Finally, the lamp or plug had a short in it by the bed.
