Gourmet Stay

Liked: Breakfast very good - unfortunately restaurant closed in the evening (day off) and couldn't try it out. The food there has very high reputation.
Disliked: Soft furnishings in the room need cleaning - particularly the headboard.

Exceptional

Liked: Location is super,big parking,nice rooms with air condition and clean.Brekflast very good.Only 15min to RCF Arena[ Regio Emmilia ]

Liked: Great location. Very clean tidy room. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Not much to do if you are there for an evening and don't want food.

Excellent for overnight stay in...

Liked: Proximity to motorway. Good room and facilities. Car parked right outside door.

Modena

Liked: Location next to motorway.
Disliked: Room was run down and not properly cleaned.Food was average with poor customer service .When was complaining no apologies offeredOverpriced and felt ripped off.

Really good for Modena Play

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good, especially for sweet teeth. The restaurant in front offers delicious food also for dinner.The bed was very comfortable and parking is literally outside the room.
Disliked: The location is ok if you have a car, but if for any reason need to move without then you need to rely on taxis coming from the city centre. All rooms are at the ground floor with parking all around them that is good to have your car below your room, but it also means that in the morning there's lots of noise and traffic of people leaving.

Liked: great breakfast and historic location
Disliked: the bedroom was fairly old and basic looking.

We did not stay there...

Disliked: Communication in English is absolutely impossible
