Pretty good but needs some...

Liked: - Location, very walkable city - Great breakfast with savoury and sweet options- Soft, comfortable bed- The owner recommended places to visit which we ended up visiting and enjoyed
Disliked: - Spiderwebs on the ceiling, mold in the shower grout, cracked glass insert between the shower and main room, weak hairdryer - No instructions or indicators that some power outlets are controlled by a remote (is it a Swedish thing?); would've liked to avoid the first impression that nothing works and having to contact the owner about it - WiFi signal in our room was weak so the owner came in twice for the same issue even though I sent messages one after the other

Disliked: No. Only the water of the shower is a bit small in amount. Everything is good. Kind owner.

Friendly and calm vibes

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips and directions!
Disliked: The check-in is quite late. But the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the premises.

Exceptional

Liked: It's such a lovely little hotel and Stefan is such a good host. Really stylish rooms, fine breakfast and superbly situated for the University, which is where we are working.

Perfect Place to Stay Downtown

Liked: The room was large, with 2 chairs and a table in addition to the bed. The bathroom was good, and the shower was quite nice. The room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was awesome! There were fresh strawberries the first morning that we we very impressed with. And the next morning the host had purchased more specifically for us. He was glad to share some homemade jams and was good for conversation. It made the stay quite enjoyable.The location is great, very close to the city center. It is a short walk form the train station, but feels a bit further if you have bags. But still very walkable. All I all the hotel was great for what we needed.
Disliked: We got "lucky" as it was the first week of classes at the university. The hotel is in the heart of the student housing, and so it was quite loud a couple of the nights as the students partied a little. But this will not be the case every night, and in general would not be a reason not to choose this hotel.
