Great convenient stay for a...

Liked: Overall, for a visiting family, it was very convenient. The staff is absolutely excellent. They were all very kind and helpful. The location was very close to all the parks and tourist areas. Lots of playground, play space for the kids and toddlers. The rooms were basic but practical and comfortable with coffee. Breakfast was also included and that was very well put together, with many options for everybody. The staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and organized. Another thing that my family enjoyed were all the positive signs all over the hotel grounds from the parking lot to the playground. It was really fun to read and great energy for families.
Disliked: Overall, everything was good. My only complaint was the pool area. They really need to get someone in to clean the bottom of the pool because with the public use there’s a lot of germs and the bottom of the pool looked dirty in the deeper end. I did see a staff member cleaning the pool in the morning so it looks like it’s just stained at the bottom. Also, when I visited with my children, it was a little chilly out. There were no towels For the guest. I did not take towels because we were under the impression that towels were supplied. I called the front office and I got tired of waiting for the towels that they said they would provide. I had to send my oldest son up to the room to grab our towels. Then while the kids were playing in the playground about an hour later, we saw someone taking a few towels over to the area. Other than that, anything that we needed, the staff worked very promptly so I’m not sure what occurred, but that really is my only complaint the staff there was very helpful and quick for anything else we needed.
