Liked: The hotel is near with all the attraction place. I just walk around.below and infront of the hotel has mall and grocery. The room also is like what in the picture.

Great location!

Liked: Location from the airport bus and walkable to the centre of old Bergen. Very clean.
Disliked: I prefer a receptionist at a hotel. It was just one more thing to worry about (would I find my way into the place) apart from getting to Bergen and on the bus etc for a first time visitor.

Comfortable Stay

Liked: Central location, available free car parking about 600m far, clean and very calm
Disliked: No reception at exact location , Reception and breakfast little bit far about 200-300m in another road but fine no issue, special thanks to Ann Heidi who at reception, smiling and supporting

Disliked: The door wouldn't open because the batteries in the lock were dead , we had to go to the office at 1:30 at night with a different key and still didn't get into the room , it took us 2 hours to get in
