Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Kevin was so friendly and helpful. All the staff were just the best! you all truly made are stay memorable.

Liked: Great location close to Hollywood Blvd. 10 out of 10 for the hotels hospitality from the moment we arrived. Drinks on arrival and the kids very very spoilt with all the free snacks, soft drinks and ice creams. Breakfast was simple but great. We had to leave one morning early and staff were kind enough to organise breakfast for us earlier. The pool was great. Nice free laundry facilities
Disliked: The room was clean but basic for the price. 3 kids didn't quite fit on the sofa bed, however the hospitality of the hotel outweighed all of this.

Unfortunately the overall experience is...

Liked: The staff is fantastic, friendly and eager to help. The hotel has many nice add ons, such as free coffee, soda machine, free candies and snacks for kids, complimentary laundry service for quests and a heated outdoor pool (haven’t tried it).
Disliked: The property is very old and unkept (we stayed in one bedroom apt 119 on the ground floor). The overall feeling is unclean, the furniture is old and dusty, there were many small ants in the bathroom sink and bath, and in the toilet. Bed linen didn’t feel crisp. We found stains on the bed linen. The smell in the apartment itself and the corridor is not great. The only relatively new part was kitchen. However, it had only one small cooktop which made it impossible to cook more than one thing in a time.
