Liked: The welcome by the team was amazing and they were so accommodating. The movie nights, providing blankets and popcorn, they take customer service to the next level! The snacks/ice cream /soda and popsicle hotline very cool
Disliked: Only recommendation would be to get some new pillows

A truly magical experience.

Liked: We had the best time at the Magic Castle. Wish we could of stayed longer. It was our first time travelling international, the Magic Castle was our very first experience of the USA. Everyine made us feel so special and welcome. It really set us up for the best family vacation ever. A truly was a magical experience. One of our highlights.

Despite events beyond their control,...

Liked: The staff were amazing! We loved the location and the facilities available to us. Our kids loved the snacks and ice cream machine. The parents loved the free laundry room! So very welcome after a long trip to be able to wash clothes when needed. The Magic Castle is the perfect spot to stay in LA.
Disliked: Our only concern was that we had limited information after we were evacuated due to the Runyon Canyon fire. We were able to get out of the hotel well, but in the confusion, we did not have to have any direction on where to evacuate. A tough situation for the hotel, but it was very stressful for visitors to LA who had nowhere to go. Management was exceptional in discussing our concerns and feedback when we were allowed to come back and could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Worth it

Liked: The people who work there are uncommonly, kind, and helpful
Disliked: Everybody likes their own style of bed. It’s tough to get a good night sleep when you’re away from home. For me, the bed was a little hard, but for someone else it was probably perfect.
