Home away from home in...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast was good. There were several restaurants nearby. The shopping district at Champs Elysees area is within walking distance. The entire staff is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Paris.
Disliked: This is our second time staying. I hope they don't change anything.

Great location and awesome staff.

Liked: Great location and a good sized room. Really comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room could use an electric kettle and the sofa bed was not as comfortable as some.

Terrible experience

Liked: Nothing because I did t get to stay there because of your messed up $250 security deposit
Disliked: $250 security deposit and no real person on the property
