Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean rooms

Good hotel

Liked: - Staff was very polite- Breakfast was good- Large Bathroom with great shower cabin- Hotel is not located close to bars/clubs, so it was really quiet at night
Disliked: - The elevators are very shaky and since our room was close to the elevators, the sounds and the vibrations were unpleasant- Sometimes hot water was fluctuating, from very hot to lukewarm- Could not open the windows so the air was pretty stale- Not as clean as it could have been, still dusty in some places

Nice hotel with great hospitality

Liked: It’s a bit further away from the centre but public transport were available nearby.Hotel were clean and beautiful.The most important thing also the staff were friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay again when Im back to Madrid.

Liked: Delicious breakfast, nice room, good facilities.
Disliked: Someone left some a pair of socks in the wardrobe and seems that the staff missed to find it during cleaning.

Disliked: the don't clean the room and they and they used used bed sheet i find hair and mucus fluid so disgusting
