Liked: Good location. Easy to find and park car. Breakfast was as per normal for hotel.

Disliked: There is a lot of ways to evaluate an hotel but, considering that the purpose of an hotel is to sleep, if the mattress isn’t in good condition the experience is ruined. We spent 3 nights at this hotel. After the first night we complained that one side of the mattress was faulty/broken. They told us that there were no rooms available to change but that they would try and find solutions on the following night. Nothing happened and when we referred it at the checkout, “I’m sorry” was the only thing said in return.

Wonderful hotel, worth coming back...

Liked: Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night in between of flights. We wish we could stay longer! We had a wonderful room, nicely decorated, with some free amenities (water, coffee, etc.). The staff was very kind and helpful. It was close enough to the major sights, thought we did uber downtown rather than walk (we were with three small children). We decided we needed to come back to this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Not a place to recommend...

Liked: Some specific food (fruit, orange juice, pastrami and club sandwich) was good.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable; the parking was a bit far from the hotel; the room itself gave the outdated vibe; the wifi was so bad that I barely used it; they don’t tell you via the website or a third party booking site what the pet regulations are; it’s expensive for such a small area and parts of the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned from the rust it had. A staff member was a bit rude with a comment they made. The breakfast food was okay, not outstanding though. Not a very accessible location - I had quite a bit of luggage, and there was no luggage cart; had carry your stuff up some stairs to get to the reception desk.
