Disliked: Only 1 medium sized tv in the lounge area on the wall so if wanting to watch tv in the bedroom, had to watch from a long way away through a shuttered area of the wall so not able to see very well.On arrival the reception area was closed with a sign on the door saying they would be back soon. "Soon" ended up being about 15 minutes of waiting outside the door.There appeared to be some sort of water leak in the garage around the lifts - water was running across the garage floor from what appeared to be a drain pipe. The whole carpeted area around the lifts was saturated and remained so for the whole time I was there so stepping out of the lift was like stepping into a puddle each time.
