Liked: We are familiar and members of the Marriott hotel familyWe usually are return customers once we like and enjoy a location.Specially for Summer / Winter in Madison we are lookingfor a location near restaurants specifically boat areas.This hotel was comfortable, great location and bedding. A+
Disliked: Gave A+ for location and comfort. However can't speakmuch for the restaurant area at morning breakfast.The lack of cordially from the staff Thema WAS UNPLEASEANTand not very helpful. She just gave us a ticket, we walked and waitedfor ten minutes for someone to help us= nothing Once we asked her: She said she assume we knew that was a buffett style breakfast and she though we knew!Then was rude about it, needless to say we checked out and went toa restaurant. Taking away the unpleasantness of that morning.

Disliked: The coffee maker was not present in my room, but more importantly, the frequent alarms and speaker activations throughout the night caused significant sleep disruptions, waking me up at least three times.
