Great staff, not good value...

Liked: The staff was very very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the location, and how well it's connected to other areas of Paris.
Disliked: The room Was very very small, and not cozy at all. We missed a sitting sofa, to be able to stay on the first floor (we had the duplex).

Disliked: Tub/shower was unsafe so it couldn’t be used. Tub didn’t have a non-slip surface and one had to scale the high tub wall to enter with no hand rails.

Disliked: Very old hotel, in general it was maintained well. The bathroom had issues. The flush was not working well. Just could be because of the age of the hotel

Liked: It has great location. Room was spacious.
Disliked: It was really cold in the room. Old keys system. Old carpets floors, old elevator. Every time leavening hotel need to give key. In my opinion it is not really 4 start good hotel. Price wise it was not cheap and for me relation price and expectation failed.
