Liked: The dorm I stayed in (1st floor) was nice and quiet even though other guests were having fun downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Worst hotel, filthy, crowded and...

Liked: Only location is ok.
Disliked: Tiny, crowded and smelly room. ( Other similar hotels such as YHA and 790 George St have much bigger and cleaner rooms) Very dirty quilt. ( Yellow stain inside, smells like urine) Extremely uncomfortable / old/ hard spring cell bed .( Worst bed I had ever slept on ).The smoke alarm is not properly installed.( I think this is illegal in Australia.)Air-conditioning will automatically turn off at night, making the room hotter and more smelly.Stayed 2 nights, barely slept.

Great location at a great...

Liked: We had our private room for 2 with AC, slept really well, it was quiet and peaceful. Easy access to everything and close to main attractions. Everyone very respectful and fun.
Disliked: There were limited access to toilets because they were often out of service. It would be nice if the staff would check the toilets more regularly to ensure that they are working properly and that there are sufficient toilet paper which we ran out of one night.
