Disliked: Waited about 20 minutes to get our order taken at the restaurant. Then it took over 45 minutes to get our food. I ordered the potato skins and they were overcooked and the cheese was burnt on the top. My husband's meal was burnt also. I couldn't eat any of my meal so I ate a few chips off of my husband's plate.

Disliked: The check in staff were accommodating in changing our room because of the walk in shower I had requested and the first room did not have. The check out staff were able to look up our Bonvoy membership. That was going beyond expections.

Disliked: The property in it self was okay. But I have called several times to speak with someone about the extra charges on my credit card And still no response. This has been extremely frustrating, and not even a single person has tried to reach out to me concerning this matter. Not good customer service!

Disliked: None of the drains worked properly. There were several parts of the door were broken on the outside. The tv was broken. The only little store in the hotel was very expensive. The elevators make an awful screeching noise when moving.
