Disappointing room but easy location

Liked: The urine smell in the bathroom was very overpowering. It must be stuck in the grout. The room smelt like perfume to cover up the smoke smell from many years ago. And there was not one drop of hot water at 4am. Had to even turn the hot water tap off (even though it wasn't doing anything) because the hammering noise was so loud it would have woken everyone up. Easy location off the highway though.
