Liked: Stayed there before in different rooms, this time was very disappointing, was an unknown substance smeared between the interjoining rooms, door handles falling off, power outlets didn’t work, many white marks on a brown carpet

Ok value for money, wifi...

Liked: Room itself was clean, some disrepairs but nothing major (tiles in bathroom cracked, one bedside power outlet didn’t work but was rectified by staff with extension cord), bed was very comfy and rooms were pretty quiet. Food was quite nice and room service was handy, late checkout as an optional extra was appreciated. Staff were accomodating
Disliked: Wifi is a BIG issue here. Constantly dropping out, when it did stay connected for more than 5 minutes it was unusable due to how slow it was, could not load a webpage half the time and the other half of the time it would take minutes to load. We were in a room right across from the office so distance from modem shouldn’t have been an issue, and reception in the rooms for phone service wasn’t fantastic. Not suited to us at all as an intended staycation/R&R after a long work week. Tv was a smart tv but could not connect to streaming services due to such bad wifi. Cafe was also closed on the Friday morning despite being advertised as open, had to call management off of my personal phone to confirm opening hours/place orders for room service as there is no in room phone
