Liked: Central location, the property was clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful reception staff who provided good advice on things to see and do.
Disliked: Slightly dated decor. I was located at the back of the hotel with a small window overlooking the back alley. Ultimately not an issue given I was only sleeping there.

Good location and friendly reception...

Liked: Good location close to a bus stop and the Alhambra. The reception staff were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel the day we checked out.
Disliked: The room itself was a little small.

Granada is full of history...

Liked: Centrally located with easy access to buses and taxis, receptionist was friendly and knowledgable to the questions we asked.Room was clean and the domestic staff were non intrusive when we asked not to be disturbed.Lift was available which is always welcome.
Disliked: We were contacted late about how to get to the hotel which was a bit of a nightmare if you dont know the area, and this information should be on your website with new rules regarding pedestrain and non local access.
