Disliked: We had one rude waiter that spoiled my evening over a simple coffee.

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet room, just the sound of the sea in the distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, really going above and beyond. Food in the restaurant great quality as well. For sure will stay again next time on Islay.

Brilliant hotel with great service...

Liked: This is a fabulous place to stay. All of the staff were very helpful and lovely to talk to. As a team, the staff provide a fantastic service. The hotel is designed for guests' comfort. There are plenty of places to settle within the hotel to play games, read books or just enjoy a drink and the lovely views.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, we had a shower and bath in our bathroom and everything was immaculately clean. Food and wine choices in the restaurant were excellent as was the service. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful with a view of the golf course from the restaurant. We used the sauna which was situated outside with a great view of the course and we took a walk across the golf course to the fabulous beach, which was deserted. All in all a very relaxing place to stay, we will be back.
