A really lovely location and...

Liked: The location was fantastic. Opposite Windsor Castle and right by mist of the shop and restaurants.
Disliked: Parking was slightly awkward in regards spaces being tight or double parking, however the staff were very helpful in guiding the parking or moving the cars if necessary.

worst night sleep ever

Liked: good location and the set up of the room was nice with access to a small balcony
Disliked: we were asked to upgrade, we took the upgrade to be given a new room with no working heating facilities the way the staff on duty delt with it wasn’t great and we had the worst night stay we have had in a very long time staying out

Liked: Couldn’t have asked for a more central location literally right across the street from Windsor Castle and amongst all the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Make sure to follow the postcode for their underground car park as it’s is accessed from a street at the rear.
