Liked: Location was perfect to explore Windsor castle and do some shopping. Modern and clean facilities

Disappointing

Liked: Location is just outside the gates of Windsor Castle making it perfect for touring the Palace.
Disliked: Sheets on one bed were stained with either soot or bootblack. Lights in coffee/tea area did not work. Desk lamp had the luminescence of a candle. The air "freshener" that pervades the hotel smells like a cheap bathroom deodorizer. The display Jo Malone products, but don't use them.
