Liked: The property is set in a great location and is really well presented in common areas.Rooms are clean and in room facilities are pretty good.
Disliked: Our booking wasn’t on their system on arrival and the receptionist seemed disinterested in resolving (even yawned).The room was clean but a little tired. Was really surprised to see the room only had a standard double bed (most budget hotels don’t even have standard double). I personally found this uncomfortable as I’m not used to such a small bed).Cooked buffet breakfast wasn’t kept very warm but options were ok… hot drink options are tea/coffee you are charged extra for things like latte.

Disliked: I thought we had breakfast included. £24 each even for children aged 11-14 is shocking! The put up bed - the springs were gone our son needed up in our bed.
