Good Price and comfortable stay...

Liked: Comfortable beds. Good choice of tea's and coffee in room. Reasonable breakfast but expensive. Great location just off M6.
Disliked: Room was missing a bath towel for 2nd person. Shower was scolding and couldn't be adjusted properly so we had to use the bath instead. Shortage of milk sachets for hot drinks in room. There was rubbish behind the furniture which had not been taken away from the previous user. Despite the Hotel being really quiet, we were put in the furthest room from reception and the far wing of the Hotel had a slightly musty smell to it. When we went to check out to report these things, there was no-one available on reception.

Liked: Room had excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good, although Dinner I consider expensive
Disliked: Central heating was full on all night which made the room very hot and I had to open all windows which didn't remove all the excess heat, but increases the noise level.

Disliked: Dirty Bathroom curtain. Dated furniture.

Disliked: Absolutely disgusting in terms of cleanliness. We had 2 rooms, both were dirty, so dirty in fact that we will not return- especially with the price we paid.I would add more photos however unable to. The dust that was layered on surfaces and lamps was disgusting.Behind a door was spiders, cobwebs, dust and dirt.The bedding was marked.Was in no way cleaned to any standard never mind a high standard you would expect in a hotel.
