Very Comfortable stay

Liked: The most comfortable beds and bedding. Good range of dinner and breakfast options. Most staff were really helpful.
Disliked: The extensions to the properly are a little grim and not in keeping with the original hotel but the beds are extraordinarily comfortable. Quality of tea/coffee facilities in rooms could be better - I.e. coffee making machine rather than just a kettle.

Disliked: Poor hairdryer. Not the most sympathetic extension of the old building.

Liked: Travelling with my daughter to visit Falkirk. The staff were attentive, friendly, welcoming, and professional far better than I was expecting. Our evening meal was exceptional and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The property was a bit tired, but this did not detract from our overall experience.
