More than satisfactory at price...

Liked: The hotel has a great location, value for money and gym/spa. Hotel rooms need up grading as minimum to support USB or USBC charging devices. Look forward to an invite back when the changes have been made.

Liked: I booked this reservation and i paid for this . This was a lovely gift to my friend who got stroke and we didn't arrive. I phoned lots of times to the hotel and manager said no . We can't give you other date because it was not directly booked but on booking.com I am totally unhappy because someone got my money for stupit 1 night to stay on the hotel. I am foreigner and i am embarrassed where i am .I will tell this to everyone on social media and i will contact daily records news . It was unhuman how the manager spoke with me over phone . Thank you very much . You have not heart no empathy to know health of my best friend is very important or you will be responsible if this will happen in your hotel????
