Disliked: No heating in main building. Restaurant closed and only bar food available. Chamber maids still cleaning rooms at 6.30 pm very noisy banging on bedroom doors. 6 flights of stairs to bedroom no lift. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was very cold. Hence breakfast was cold.

A great way to spend...

Liked: I really enjoyed my breakfast, there was something for everyone and my scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was the best. my room was beautiful and clean although i realised after check out that i was missing a body lotion which was never in my room upon checking in. the Elemis products were a great addition and comfort, my room could do with some bathrobes since the hotel did have spa facilities
Disliked: there are no lifts in the hotel which could be a negative for someone who can't climb the stairs but i liked that as it kept me active
