Liked: Staff were friendly & professional, especially Nihdi. Quiet location in lovely neighbourhood. Quality sheets & towels.
Disliked: Stairs but a staff member offered to help carry luggage.

Liked: The exterior and building itself is attractive and characteristic.
Disliked: The lounge and bar seemed lifeless and dull, it lacked warmth and an inviting ambiance, we wondered if it was open for the time we were there.

Very enjoyable stay at Frimley...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for me. About 15 min walk to my family's gathering. At breakfast the choice of food was excellent. Also the servers were very attentive and polite, nothing was too difficult. The reception staff were also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Liked: My wife and i stay at this hotel often. The staff are always welcoming and we generally find it a feel good experience.
Disliked: The virtual doubling of the room rates for the Christmas period. Simply not necessary. Hotel room prices in the UK are already expensive.
