Pleasant

Liked: The Indian food.
Disliked: I did not like the manor of the staff. Especially the lady on reception, I think she was the Manager. She was immediately rude, short and unhelpful. However the spa staff were super nice.

It was a fabulous stay....

Liked: Food was exceptionally delicious. Pool and sauna were amazing. Bed was very comfortable and facilities were great.
Disliked: Room a little dusty.

Loch Lomond

Liked: Breakfasts were fantastic .Superb location. Comfortable rooms.Nice pool.
Disliked: The evening meals were of very poor quality and over priced.

Good

Liked: Location
Disliked: King size bed 2 single mattresses stuck together would have been better sleeping in single beds with the dip in the middle

Weekend break

Liked: Facilities. The room, the views and the staff were great.
Disliked: No side plates for spreading toast at breakfast, no teaspoons on morning 2. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our order to be taken at dinner on Saturday and coffee was very weak on Sunday morning.

Good stay and family enjoyed...

Disliked: Assumed toast is offered but no, you have to ask or you don't get that also goes for butter as well.

Nice and relaxing stay but...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband forgot and left his jacket in the restaurant after dinner and a member of staff kindly brought the jacket to our room. We enjoyed using the pool facilities.
Disliked: The tennis court was a disappointment and it was one of the main reasons why we booked the hotel. The tennis court needs to be resurfaced and should not be listed as an activity until it is resurfaced.
