Liked: The location and hotel are excellent
Disliked: The jacuzzi is tiny and the hot breakfast is always overcooked and not nice 3/10 in my rating for the hot breakfast items it’s as if their lying in a pot all morning with no effort.

Liked: Evening meal was OK. Some staff were friendly.
Disliked: Very run down. Rooms smelt. Spa and pool were busy and not luxurious. Was expecting much better. Other guests complaining too. Windows broken and covered in mould and need replacing.

Really nice hotel in pretty...

Liked: Really beautiful location and comfortable room.
Disliked: Spa was a little tired. It's a shame you can't get down to the lake front.

Liked: Nice location, cozy atmosphere. Well decorated.
Disliked: In general, the price for rooms and meals were over priced. The food was not as bad as the majority of reviews online said. The abundance of buildings surrounding the hotel, the lodges, took away from the coziness of the hotel building, and made it seem more of an overcrowded community resort and therefore less enjoyable.

Nice stay

Liked: Great pool; easy accessible sauna and steam room; room were spacious and had everything you’d need; staff were lovely; location is beautiful but out of the way depending on what you want to do. Breakfast was an outrageous price but there’s a lovely cafe in the town.
