Liked: Room was fantastic, wonderful comfy bed and pillows and great bathroom.
Disliked: Only enough milk in room for 1 cup of coffee and 1 biscuit per person. Only flavoured tea, strawberry, lemon ,orange etc.Breakfast was nice but poor in quantity, 1 sausage, 1 bacon etc and had to ask for toast .

Liked: Quite nice surroundings
Disliked: Room was very cold. Booked table for dinner, ordered drinks, never arrived had to ask where they were, didn’t get them until halfway through our dinner. No hot water in the room. The room was above kitchen, had to listen to the doors open and close early morning, didn’t get much sleep. Breakfast was a little slow, Eggs Benedict was not nice, muffin wasn’t warm, very dough like, eggs overcooked

Liked: The staff gave excellent service, especially Sarah- Jane. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Full English breakfast excellent,particularly the black pudding.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very presentable and a beautiful reception area. My room was excellent and the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Not sure if it's poor ventilation but the hallway smelled damp, there was alot of condensation on the windows come morning. There was also the start of black mould around both windows and in the shower area.
