great location , great hotel...

Liked: great to be able to park- room was perfect and great breakfast - attentive staff
Disliked: Very hard to say - nothing

Liked: The location was good, the room was nicely laid out and space was good
Disliked: There seemed to be a complete lack of staff. On the first morning there was no hot water, was told the boiler had been switched off and to wait 15 minutes. After half and hour we enquired again to be told the boiler was actually broken and a plumber was on the way. This was very frustrating as we had just finished a long journey.

Liked: Staff were so friendly and courteous. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower had no or very little water pressure and it was going cold and hot during. Which was a little disappointing as the overall experience was really good. Would have been a 10 if this wasn't the case

Liked: Room with nice view of the grounds.Very pleasing and comfortable longe area.All staff excellent.Dinner was very good with a nice touch of my dessert plate decorated in recognition of our 45th anniversary.I was shown the beautiful,spacious and well equipped accessible rooms and have recommended Drumossie to my wheelchair using disabled friends after being.
Disliked: Unfortunate problem with the boiler system meant no hot water in the morning. Sizeable reduction in the bill as compensation was unexpected. Staff very apologetic. Didn’t really detract from overall experience. We will definitely make it our first choice next time visiting the area.

Disliked: No hot water because boiler had broken down.

Overall lovely but if you...

Liked: The rooms were lovely and provided water on arrival.
Disliked: The showers in the 2 rooms that I had booked both had terrible water pressure and no hot water. I spoke with other guest and they said the same. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and the only explanation was that other guests had also said the same. This is one of the basic functions I expect from a hotel and especially one that is rated normally very highly. I also released the button on the shower that hold the water away from being too hot. This still only gave cold water.
