Dated hotel but clean and...

Liked: Room was big and comfortable with a good TV and nice and quiet. Bar was nice for a drink in evening. Easy to find and good location for what we needed. Good value vs other local options. Nice entrance way, reception area and fireplace.
Disliked: Very Dated interior but everything did work and was clean. Breakfast coffee was so awful as think they want to upgrade you to a £4 cappuccino and the dining room was so quiet it needed some background music to make it feel remotely pleasant. Staff were helpful generally but not friendly except for the barman who made an effort.

Great Pool, Dining Staff not...

Liked: Confusion between reception and dining staff left us being challenged on what we had to pay as part of our DBB deal. This was embarrassing and unnecessary
