Not bad but expected better

Liked: Spa and pool area is great, beds are comfortable, dinner in the restaurant was good but no atmosphere, breakfast just ok
Disliked: Rooms are comfortable but tired, we had a light fitting hanging out, the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from the last occupants.

Liked: Friendly reception staff
Disliked: Now ranked as No.1 hotel worse breakfast. 8 minute wait to be shown a table, dumped at table with no offer of tea/coffee or toast. Buffet breakfast was lukewarm at best. There were obviously staffing issues, as is typical in hospitality just now, but breakfast service was shocking. The basics not being covered.

Hotel needs a freshen up.

Liked: Pool was good for the kids
Disliked: The hotel is badly needing some TLC . Mould in bathroom, on windows etc. room was needing a painted . Shower screen was leaking and soaked floor during use.

Brilliant..everything was great and very...

Liked: Room lovely and clean and beds very comy.Staff very nice especially the ladies at breakfast.Spa and pool great.The bar area was very comfortable and warm.We only had breakfast and not dinner ..Breakfast was fantastic.Would 100% visit again..well done to you all.
Disliked: The was nothing i did not like ...great value for money.
