We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Birmingham as well as attend the show at the Forum. We chose this hotel because of it's location. The facilities were adequate. Unfortunately, we had to use the service lift as the customer lift was out of order. There were enough choices for breakfast, which was included. There was no air conditioning in our room but they provided us with a fan. The staff were helpful and polite. We would stay there again.

Liked: The hotel exudes class and quality throughout. The bedroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect being across the road from New Street Station.
Disliked: That eggs benedict costs an extra £5 even though you already pay £18 for a full English breakfast (if you pre-pay. It costs even more if you just turn up on the day).
