Exceeded expectations from start to...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Polite, attentive staff. Very comfortable, clean room
Disliked: Perhaps a little understaffed is my only criticism

Disappointing hotel but the decent...

Liked: The breakfast was tasty. Hotel stall is friendly and helpful. The spa is great, nice big pool, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna.
Disliked: The first room were given the heating was broken , some of the lights were not working and there were no nightlights at all. We found a insect in the room as well. We were given a different room , however this room also had a heating issue. It was not possible to change the temperature or turn the heating off. We ended up sleeping with a window slightly open.
