Disliked: no clearly marked disabled places. could only see 2 marked in small signage on the wall. Room was furthest away from reception and certainly didn't seem like a deluxe double. safe didn't work and rooms near had dogs in the barking and howling. food not good and took 45 mins for a ceaser salad with chicken and a burger when the restaurant was empty. service terrible

Disliked: Mattresses not very comfortableThe main pool was absolutely freezing really bad as with young children. Was no pleasure in that pool

Disliked: The bed was not the best very uncomfortable bed and the child's bed for a 10 year old was a portable springey fold out bed, my son only just fitted in this and you could feel every spring.The big pool was absolutely freezing was not enjoyable at all, especially when taking your children in it.
