A cheap place to stay,...

Liked: The reception and entrance way is nice, and the breakfast is good.
Disliked: The rooms are beyond tired, thread bear carpets, and generally cold and run down. The beds needed replacing many years ago. As for Wifi - guest wifi is horrific and what hotel charges £9.99 a day for working wifi in this modern world?

Brilliant stay

Liked: Staff in the spa were fabulous.I had some lost property which was posted to be very quickly.
Disliked: The only small suggestion is for outside shoes to be removed or blue coverings could be worn through poolside. It made the floor a little unclean.

4th time we have stayed...

Liked: Location good Spa facilities great Lovely scenery
Disliked: Bar service very slow No Guinness Toilet would not flush properly Shower temperature could not be controlled Mini fridge missing Tv is dated and hard to use Room just did not feel as comfortable as the last times we stayed Bed squeaked every time you movedI think the place needs some TLC now
