Liked: Everytime we stay its always absolutely perfect! When ever we travel to this area The Macdonald Bear is the only place for us as we cannot fault it.. 100 % recommend :)

Liked: Lovely big room, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was hit and miss: some good, some bad. Cold croissants; no jug for milk for coffee; coffee not very good.

Lovely stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful property and right in the centre of Woodstock. It had easy access to nearby locations. The rooms were nice and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. It’s had a bath and a shower. My room had a lovely view over the church and graveyard, the church bells would chime on the hour. The breakfast was great, couldn’t fault it at all
