Liked: Nicely located near city centre, only a 10min walk.Facilities were lovely with beautiful spa.

Liked: Lovely rooms, spacious, and a great location all together .
Disliked: The room we had was very cold, there was only a small electric heater that was attempting to heat up the room but because of the size and shape of the room it wasn’t successful. We had to ask reception for a second duvet which there was no trouble for them to get us another, but it wasnt a comfortable sleep due to how cold the room was, we had to sleep in our hoodies aswell and 2 duvets. And especially for the price you pay to have a comfortable stay, definitely for us it wasnt worth the price. Stunning rooms though.

Mixed experience

Liked: The hotel is quite grand, nice bar area and very large room.
Disliked: Room was cold, heater was broken. Spa did not seem clean and was a bit rundown. Staff were not very attentive. Waited at the bar for 40 mins while it was open had no staff in there or in the rest of the hotel, called room service, they said they would go down to the bar and still didn't arrive and next time I called noone answered. The bathroom was not as nice as the pictures showed.
