Liked: Location was superb and swimming pool was excellent.
Disliked: Lifts were broken, room needed a good clean, stains on lampshades, stains on walls, buffet dinner was the worst I have ever had, food very bland no real taste to it, forgot kids meals. Took aver 20 minutes to get our drinks that we ordered.

Overall a brilliant stay

Liked: Breakfast great. Location brilliant. Double bed very comfortable. Leisure facilities including pool fantastic.
Disliked: Bunk beds not very comfortable for kids.

Disliked: The fish restaurant was an absolute shambles on Wednesday night it was our last nights meal, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for food. We were told there was no scampi which in a fish restaurant only offering 3 different meals isn’t the best. Not great when there with kids.

Overall, a great stay and...

Liked: We had an overnight stay for a short family trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely (however one of the cupboards sliding doors was broken). The pool was great, and kids had a blast (water could have been warmer though). Lots to do and see, we couldn’t manage it all as it was a short stay. For example, lots of kids activities were on and Easter based things as well. Only big downside was the lift wasn’t working, with two kids and their luggage it was hard, and I also had a foot injury so struggled.
