Liked: The location was very good
Disliked: Access to the room was quite steep, while we don't need a disabled access room a warning that people with mobility issues would have trouble accessing the room would have been helpful.We were also disappointed with the main restaurant.The online example menu definitely came across as fine dining but the actual menu would be closer to a gastro pub and we almost walked out because it wasn't what we were expecting.

Great

Liked: Great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and main attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the bartender, Bogdan who went well and beyond to make the best cocktails for us. The room was very clean and so was the pool. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

A really lovely weekend with...

Liked: Good variety of foods for breakfast eaten in a beautiful dining room. good menu for the evening meal.Very pleasant room overlooking the garden.Staff were all very welcoming and efficient.We am hoping to come back soon.
Disliked: Information about the hotel meal times and fire drill! The alarm went off as soon as we got to our room and we just went out of the nearest open door. It was no problem for us but less able guests may have needed guidance.

Liked: Excellent location with a comfortable and spacious room. Pool and gym facilities are all fine and helped elevate my stay. Good car parking and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind.

A good stay but not...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious with everything we needed.
Disliked: The breakfast food was never really hot. The toast was always cold and served too early even when we asked for it to be later. The TV didn’t always work and had to be ‘reset’. The room would be improved with new windows as the catch was hanging off.
