Liked: Bar and restaurant staff were excellent! However we had issues with television on the night we were hanging there. There are no motel staff in evening apparently. Restaurant staff gave us emergency # to owner. Manager of restaurant rolled out like there was a fire. Rest of staff was as helpful as they could be. Called owner and he never answered or called back. Several other guests also called and had same results. I think if I would of received some communication or explanation for issues I would of been understanding. However nothing made me wonder what if we had worse issues like electricity was out!! This was February 14th 2025 and Temps were in low 20s. Claims to be veteran owned. No veteran I know would of been afraid to talk to me about my small issue.
