Disliked: UPDATE:I had a challenging experience during my recent stay, which unfortunately impacted my comfort and enjoyment. However, I want to acknowledge that management responded promptly and kindly worked with me to address my concerns. They extended an offer to help make up for the incident, which I appreciate as a thoughtful gesture. Their willingness to take responsibility and offer a solution was reassuring, and I’m hopeful for a more positive experience in the future. Thanks again to management for their attentiveness and effort to resolve this matter. Excellent Customer Service.**********************************************************************************************************************My bed was infested with bed bugs and I was bitten multiple times which has led my arm to be unbearably itchy and swollen.I stayed at Mabi City Centre Hotel from Nov 1 -3, and unfortunately, my visit was highly disrupted by a bed bug issue in my room. I was bitten multiple times, which not only disrupted my stay but has left me dealing with ongoing discomfort—particularly severe itching that has only worsened since. I’ve included photos of the bites to give others a clear picture of what I’ve been dealing with.Daphne at the front desk was very sympathetic and offered a refund since management wasn’t available. I truly appreciate her professionalism and quick response, but the impact of the bites has lingered well beyond my stay, leaving me uncomfortable and frustrated. I had high expectations based on Mabi’s reputation, and while I recognize that any hotel can have isolated issues, the lack of immediate follow-up from management feels disappointing.I hope the hotel will take this situation seriously and consider additional measures to address the impact on affected guests like myself. I wanted to share my experience so others can make informed choices, and I hope the Mabi hotel management takes steps to ensure future guests aren’t left dealing with similar issues

Liked: Well situated, just in the center.
Disliked: When filtering hotels by having a parking, this hotel came up, however there is no parking. One needs to use public which was nice, 200 m walking but expensive (stay 24 hrs was 29 eur). Rooms are very dark, and light is very unpleasant so we tried our best to stay in the rooms as little as possible.
