Room for improvement

Liked: Lovely breakfast good facilities
Disliked: Again , bathroom running out of shampoo & no conditioner. I’ve mentioned this three times previously.

Perfekt for a sightseeing trip

Liked: Top Location for sightseeing + amazing views from your hotel room + You can use the pool and two different saunas in the other hotel + beds are really comfortable
Disliked: All in all a bit to expensive, but for Rotterdam maybe not to bad

Very poor

Disliked: Awful nightsPlease fix... Too much noises, ambiant, neigbors, doors, rings, drills and hammer at 8... Also piping, hvac, clogged drain pipes from the bathroom. We had to stop the super noisy ceiling heater/cooler unit. Beds are 80 wide ? What kind of four star hotel is this. Surely not worth the price. I had better nights in ibis hotels.

Disliked: Only 1 pillow per person on bed. Also bed had indents in them. Time for new beds

Rocky start but pleasant afterall

Liked: AffordableVery clean, lay-out of the room is smartly done, the city is very close which is a nice luxury, breakfast was lovely
Disliked: I contacted the staff to get balloons placed in the room, upon arrival the balloons were not there, once I addressed the issue at the front desk (confirmation email in hand) the first questions asked was: what made you expect balloons? Issue was solved by the manager Parking garage entrance (from the road) is not clearly marked (also a bus was parked on the entry strip) which forced us find parking space elsewhereThere is a sensor on the ceiling which flickers green, due to the placement of the bed the green light flickers in your face all night
