Disliked: The room is small; the bed is too soft and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Glass doors on the bathroom and toilet. Ridiculous! They do not seal properly and you can hear everything that goes on! No privacy in the toilet whatsoever.

Disliked: Information regarding the work being carried out and using next doors facilties was rather late so unable to cancel booking.Room was small, toilet and shower separate - after using toilet you have to go to the other room to wash your hands.Extremely small toilet and shower room.All mirrors were either too high or too low, or behind hanging rail!?Only 2 electric points for charging, kettle, hairdryer etcBed against wall so one of you have to climb out over the other.Lighting pretty poor at night. No bright light option.Lack of space to put anythingCharged twice for a beer in the down under bar. They were unsure how to refund so we agreed to go back another night, however didn't get time!Overall felt like a hub as apposed to a hotel room.
