An exclusive small boutique hotel...

Liked: Room was exceptionally comfortable with very high quality new bathroom and furnishings. Location was excellent. Good selection of restaurants nearby and a short distance from the Duomo.
Disliked: A little hard to find and enter when you first arrive. No other complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The entrance fiasco. Could not find it and didn’t know how to enter. No counter space in the bathroom.

Confusing trying to find and...

Liked: Clean and modern refurbished
Disliked: No clear directions about how to find it and enter. It is NOT A HOTEL! It’s a refurbished apartment building. There is a button, a gate, a breezeway, an elevator then finally an entryway. The elevator takes you up to the desk. Very misleading and confusing. Our room had a window that faced a wall so it was very claustrophobic. The desk staff were very pleasant though. The room rate was crazy high.
