Disaster

Disliked: This was a sister motel but there were rooms at the main hotel that was not listed but said totally booked via booking.com.. This overflow motel was not safe and I was going to walk away. Luckily the main hotel had rooms.

Pleasant

Liked: Location
Disliked: Had to go to a different hotel to get the key for mine. There was NO toilet paper or soap. There was only one towel and 2 wash cloths. There was no blankets on the bed just a fitted sheet and a regular sheet. The curtain was broken.

Liked: Nothing It was a disaster and a health hazard
Disliked: This room was not ready to be occupied, and nothing else was available so I am demanding 100% refund It was a health hazard

Liked: The room was quiet and clean
Disliked: Having to pick up key at other hotel. The guy was rude and tried to charge me again for the room. I also had to return back to the other hotel because the key didnt work.

I didn't stay because the room was unacceptable.

Liked: Nothing I'm sorry to say. The room was so unacceptable that I checked out immediately after seeing the room.
Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled very bad. The door latch was broken. The remote for the television was missing. I couldn't stay in the room, so I turned around and checked out. I didn't even unpack.
