Overall a fine experience.

Liked: View; accommodations.
Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Absolute perfect location for a...

Liked: Super hotel! Location couldn't be better, views from the room superb and the size of the room was absolutely excellent. Has everything you could want from a hotel in New York. We got an upgrade with the view of Times Square and could also see the Hudson. If we come back we will absolutely stay here again. There's an amazing bakery opposite also.
Disliked: Only negative would be the lifts - on one of the days they just kept going up and down so we had to use the stairs which is not ideal when you are near the top of the building. Most of the time though there were no issues and we had read that the lifts can be an issue.
