Overall a fine experience.

Liked: View; accommodations.
Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Exceptional

Worth to stay.

Liked: The location of the hotel is amazing. The cleanliness of the room as well as the lobby restaurant and bar services are also exceptional. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and every penny we spend was worthted. A Correction Note: There were comments in Booking that there is no coffe machine in the rooms however, if you call the room service, they are bringing you a coffee machine with enough coffe capsules which means you have free of charge coffee in your room.
Disliked: We don't want to be soo optimistic but really we did not face any issue with the hotel and there is nothing that we can comment negatively about the hotel.

Very happy. Would book again!

Liked: Great room, comfortable bed, spacious room, great water pressure in the shower. We had great views of the city over the Hudson. It was not noisy at night.

Bathroom sink was moldy black...

Disliked: Bathroom sink was moldy black around the edges. A clicking noise was going on in my room from 10pm on. They charged me $400 hold for incidentals when I had already paid the full amount and now that $400 will not be returned to me for 7-10 business days.

Disliked: check in there was not a very good explanation about a few things. and one of the breakfast waiters was not very nice. just one the rest i encounter were very friendly

Highly recommended.

Liked: This is a trendy hotel within a couple of minutes of Times Square. Only 10 mins walk from Central Park. It has a busy and noisy bar and lobby area but plenty of comfortable seating and a lovely view. I especially liked the rooms. We were on the 22nd floor. It was peaceful, away from the noise. The beds were extremely comfortable with great mattress and pillows. It was kept clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Good shower too. Enjoyed the cocktails and the IPA.
Disliked: They could do with clearing and cleaning the tables in the bar area more often.

Perfect hotel, Without a doubt...

Liked: We stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 days as part of a long trip in the USA and everything was just perfect:1. The kind service of the hotel staff who helped guide us in all kinds of issues (restaurants, places, transportation to JFK, handling of luggage we didn't receive, etc.).2. An excellent and varied breakfast in a very pleasant atmosphere with a view of Times Square.3. Clean, large and spacious rooms (we were in a room for a family of 4 with 4 suitcases, trolleys and backpacks and there was enough space and quite comfortable in the room).4. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic (a very central place close to Broadway, Times Square, metro, there is a Duane Reade branch below the hotel).5. The hotel has a very inviting and cool vibe on the reception floor, in the evenings the restaurant area turns into a bar with good music.In conclusion, great value for the price, a perfect hotel in all respects that is rated the highest for us of all visits to New York!!!Without a doubt we will be happy to visit it again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to New York.
