Liked: Great place to stay. The location alone is awesome but the fast elevators and great views made this hotel my new favorite. I can’t wait to come back.

Booking.com messed up. and hotel...

Liked: Location was great. Room was small but ok. View from the room was not great but ok
Disliked: Counter staff except during chek-out was not great. Room move was agreed but it was not done on time, I had to make a request again. Booking.com booked 2 rooms as separate booking tot he hotel eventhoguh it was made as single booking with booking.com, which caused not getting connecting or rooms on the same floor for my family

Disappointing

Disliked: I was really disappointed because I had stayed in this hotel back in 2021 and had the best time. Unfortunately this time around it was not like back then at all. The staff was not friendly. One of the room service ladies asked if I needed service I told her yes that I would be out in 30 minutes she rolled her eyes said “fine” and walked away. Also, my family sent me a delivery at the hotel as a surprise and they had no idea what I was talking about. Come to find out they had held it downstairs and never brought it up. They also told me I had to place a $400 deposit on top of all the fees and the nights I had paid. I have never paid a deposit that high at any hotel
