Overall a fine experience.

Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Amazing trip

Liked: It was the perfect location, super nice breakfast, great view and they even went above and beyond when we arrived with a cake and some boubles because it was my moms 50th birthday and my 28th!
Disliked: The only thing I could say I didn't like was the fact that if you had a delivery online that would be arriving at the hotel, the hotel charges 2$ per package and only hold them for 5 days. That is the only thing, everything else was perfect!

Liked: LOCATION
Disliked: unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. During our stay, we were accused for aerosol detection which we did not do. We were charged for it, which created an uncomfortable situation. After further investigation, the charge was removed, but the whole experience left us feeling uneasy. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially when we were not at fault. We spoke to the manager and he told us it was a 3rd party that charged us and they could not help us.While I appreciate that the charge was eventually reversed, the initial accusation and handling of the situation were distressing. This experience certainly affected our overall stay. I have reached the hotel and they have not responded. Has anyone experienced this in this hotel?

For the price disappointing.

Liked: The Location, view and Lobby / Restaurant were nice.
Disliked: It was at some points not so clean, very dusty, they did not change the sheets. The water was very strange (white colory, maybe Chlor). Rain Shower head was very rusty. Small Bathroom.

Great weekend getaway

Liked: Great location and vibe!Awesome lobby with a view to Times Square
Disliked: The rooms lack amenities especially in the bathroom (robes,slippers, etc)

Exceptional

Nice enough hotel but over-billing...

Liked: Location, rooms and housekeeping staff in particular were lovely.
Disliked: We are back 5 days and the hotel is still holding €3,000 on my card, even though we paid in full on checkout. They were holding €7000 at one stage. I spoke to Alex on 27th who said it would be sorted but today 2nd Jan I had to call the hotel from Ireland as it still isn’t sorted. I spoke to someone in accounts but it still isn’t sorted. It is DISGRACEFUL that this can happen. For this reason I would definitely not recommend the hotel to anyone. If I had needed those funds for my trip I would have been in a really bad place.

Liked: Excellent location, polite staff, nice bar area.
Disliked: Rooms could be cleaner, no amenities. No refilled shampoo and conditioner, pricey.
