Great service, clean vibrant hotel....

Liked: Brilliant location, staff were fantastic. Valet service was also really good. Room had a very comfy bed, good soundproofing of windows given ferry terminal across the road. Were given a complimentary upgrade with a view which was beautiful towards the harbour. Would stay again any time we had to stay in Auckland.

Enjoyable

Liked: Rooms were very tidy loved the design. Beautiful views. Location convenient.
Disliked: Our rooms were far apart from each other. One had a long walk down the corridor very far from the lifts.

Liked: super comfy bed, relaxing, lovely staff. delicious food.
Disliked: air conditioning is loud, but drowns out any street noise. still slept great

Perfect for our needs.

Liked: Hotel had a funky vibe and was close to the ferry to Waiheke Island. Our room had a great view of the harbour and we enjoyed dinner in fhe restaurant on-site.
Disliked: Nothing.
