The room king size was spacious.

Disliked: 7th floor was burning with smoke smell - unbearable once you step out from elevator. Pewwwww.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, though the mattresses could use an updating and would be nice if the rooms had mini bar fridges. I was concerned with the noise level since it is so close to the airport but was not an issue at all. Loved that the hotel is right next to the Galleria Mall and that we could just walk over and only a short drive to the First Niagara Center. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and close to where son was taking Bar Exam at Buffalo Convention Center. Could have really used a mini fridge for juices and power drinks for studying student.

The stay at this hotel was great! It was beautiful and the pool area was AWESOME!! The pool was large and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Free breakfast was very good and they gave you plenty to eat. I would stay again at this hotel again in the beat of a heart!!

Liked: We got upgraded to a better room because our room didn’t had a microwave. They a realy big pool and a decent gym. Everything is realy well decorated with a jungle vibe. I realy recomend going, but the food options could have been a little better.

Liked: I’ve been staying at the M hotel for a few years now and the hotel staff is always friendly. It’s always clean and the location is perfect for where we like to go and the breakfast is really good as well.

Great price clean hotel.

Liked: Beside Walden Galleria Mall, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to I-90, airport isn't far. Be worth checking if have a Park n Fly options if you plan on travel. My stay included a breakfast which was a buffet style with decent options. Staff at check in were very helpful. Very nice indoor pool area with a Courtyard, believe 2 levels of rooms facing the Courtyard. On stay I noticed bar and food service in Courtyard with big screen to watch football as it was on a Sunday.
Disliked: The Hotel could use some updates, ex. USB outlets in room for charging devices (there is a charging station in lobby) maintenance on taps in tub / shower.
