Convenient Comfortable with great customer...

Liked: Proximity to Moorefields eye hospital where my treatment was to happen. Very nice comfortable quiet room. The birthday celebration package was really lovely and worth the cost. Room service was delicious (see comments below re ordering issue) The guest experience director was Excellent, I was able to have online orders sent to the hotel and kept till we arrived from France which saved me a lot of time and effort. Their postage service also likewise.
Disliked: The overly complicated light switches with no instructions. No instructions for the AC either so had trouble adjusting that as the room was too warm. The room service was via a QR code but turns out they had changed it so it was wrong. They delivered the new one quickly though. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, they had no English breakfast tea(every other kind), I ordered eggs benedict which our waitress had clearly never heard of before (we had to point at the menu) actually I think it was her poor english skills and obvious lack of training. Traffic in this area of London is a nightmare, very busy but proximity to the newly rebuilt Old Street tube station should help.

Superb

Liked: Clean, modern and techy hotel in a great location. It has everything you need from food and drink, to everyday amenities. The spa was clean, spacious and had a great ambience. Plenty of staff around the hotel and every single one was super welcoming and helpful. This made our stay even more enjoyable and added to the hotel experience.
Disliked: More loungers needed in the pool area. Pool was cold.

Wonderful happy super Christmas mfortable...

Liked: Super modern decor and amazing interior. Immaculately clean. Lovely young attentive staff in reception and attentive friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Disliked: Hopeless complicated light system in bedroom. Pop up plugs in basin and bath did not work.
