Liked: The hotel is lovely with amazing facilities available including a 24hr gym. Great location for evening nightlife and restaurants. Walking distance from train station. Staff were very attentive from the moment I arrived right until the end of my stay. As I was celebrating my birthday, I had a nice birthday set up by the hotel with complimentary snacks and juice and an introduction with one of the managers who also gifted me a bottle of rosé free of charge which made it that little more special. The restaurant and bar are also a really good place to hang out if you don’t want to leave the hotel at all. The spa was included with various treatment rooms to cater to everyone’s preference.
Disliked: I’ve stayed here a few times before and as it was for my birthday I upgraded my room. I was upgraded to a corner room which although was lovely, was quite small compared to the room I had the last time I stayed. I’m only going off of what I had previously without an upgrade so an upgrade wouldn’t always be necessary

Disliked: If I was to pick at one thing, the gym facilities are pretty poor, very outdated and no variety in equipment.

Liked: Inside was luxurious and very clean. Very aesthetic.
Disliked: Room was quite hot due to the big windows and didn’t have a manual fan. Staff were very accommodating though and resolved the issue.

Liked: This Hotel amazing, 10/10 . We went there 4 girls booked two connected rooms ,staff is really amazing ,it was my birthday party celebration,we got welcome drinks ,they decorated room with birthday decorations we got prosecco bottle ,chocolates,cupcakes and many more things,Hotel staff was amazing the girls Anista and another one with curly hair super friendly,professional service ,we recommend this Hotel 100% .Breakfast was tasty too.
