An excellent hotel

Liked: Location, service (subject to comment below), the room / facilities and, above all, the quality of the food - dinner and breakfast - which were simply superb. I come from a hotel family fyi. It’s not cheap here however but very good
Disliked: We were met by a very sultry almost unpleasant (Hungarian) lady receptionist - reception is the first port of call by definition and they need to look at this frankly

Luxury and friendliness staff in...

Liked: Luxury in the lakes, large room, comfy bed and lots of hot water for bathing tired limbs. Fantastic food and attentive friendly staff. We felt really spoiled and looked after. The view from the dining room was fantastic too. We sat in the garden in mild October and enjoyed the views after our days walking.
Disliked: Nothing
