Liked: Location, amenities, friendly staff, reasonable rates
Disliked: The hotel is clean but poorly maintained. My last three stays here there have been problems with the rooms, missing or broken bathroom fixtures, and holes in the walls and paint damage.

Liked: The young man who checked me in was fantastic.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty, including hallways and the room. I was surprised because the hotel is fairly new.

Liked: The staff was outstanding. One of the lights over the bed was out, reported it, did get changed. The room was to dark, need better lighting. Overall, I would say again.
