Very good

Disliked: The lighting in the room could have been better. It was quite dark so had to ask for an extra lamp.

Liked: Grounds were lovely, staff lovely Really nice toiletries (rituals)Nice atmosphere around lobby area to relax and read
Disliked: No fridge in room, there was space for one looked as if it had been removed Shower glass wall thing didn't extend far enough and nozzle was not adjustable so floor became very wet and sloppy (did use floor mat)No large bedroom light just several low lights so room was pretty darkNot a smart TV couldn't connect to Netflix etc and the phone mirroring connection wouldn't work tried several times

Lovely Hotel, shame about the...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Poo breakfasts. Terrible sausages, terrible bacon. Although stated otherwise, all seemed poor quality For evening meal we ate in the Grill and the food was hugely overpriced for what it was and again, poor quality. We had a waiter who spoke poor English which didn't help. steak over-cooked. Everything was just very poor.
