Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful views and close to public transport
Disliked: Room service is a mess. When you scan the QR code it gives you the room service number, when in fact they don't pick up and you should call reception. They also only had one pizza option instead of the 3 listed. Very disappointing considering it's a good hotel

Liked: Everything on site in the ‘city’, concierge service and reception staff superb.
Disliked: Air con had been set to winter control only - the bedroom was stiflingly hot and uncomfortable; even though a fan was provided it did little to reduce the temperature.

Nice stay with lovely surroundings

Liked: Not in the centre of the city but with a range of bus choices to either the train station or the downtown. The fact of being slightly away from the city centre gives the place a bit tranquility and nice atmosphere, be it the museum, the park or the river. Most of the staff are friendly and caring. Breakfast is ok.
Disliked: If only the hot water in the bathroom can be slightly a bit hotter
