Disliked: The room was at the rear of the hotel and noisy with staff changing berry barrels early morning. Fire alarm went off twice early morning during my stay was tired throughout my stay through this

Liked: Breakfast was nice, staff friendly, room comfortable, but wish it had a bit more natural light
Disliked: Our room was 51. we might as well have stayed in the bar. We booked as a family of 4 and ended up in room that was above the bar where the entertainment went on until 1am. This wasn't clear when booking, I expected it until 23:30 or 0:00.The volume of entertainment in the room was excessive and in the bar area was unbearable. You need to be clear as to when entertainment finishes and when you book with chikdren putting them in a room above the main entertainment venue is not acceptable

Liked: Entertainment was fantastic and the rooms had everything you needed.
Disliked: Didn’t like the lower floor breakfast room , the stairs were very steep and waiting for the lift took to long because of so many people wanting it . Also we were woken up on the 2 mornings by the fire alarm going off at 0.7.15 am which frightened the life out of us .
