Location is great. Modern amenities.

Liked: I love the location as it is near CBD. The staff are great and helpful!
Disliked: We are always woken up between 2am-5am drenching in sweat and feeling hot maybe because there is only 1 fan inside or AC not working?! I thought it was only for one night but 3/5 nights— it is scorching hot. Not comfy. I don’t know if it is a thing now that towels are being charged per use. We stayed 5 days 4 nights, i think it is reasonable to have 1 towel per day.

Liked: Nice, new, modern facility. With bar/restaurant for social, relaxing. Good linen and toiletries in our own room with bathroom. Quick check in/out with barcode scanning. Plenty of friendly staff around to help you. Liked the decor/design of the room. Bed design allowed for luggage to go under the bed. Toilet/shower wet room enclosed behind opiate glass. Everything within the room was well designed to make it feel a lot better than it was.
Disliked: Price was a bit high for having our own room. We were staying on a high volume weekend with lots of different activities on in the city.

Liked: Location is easy walking distance to theatres, food and waterfront.
Disliked: Hidden and expensive CC charges, plus no ability to pay by EFTPOS was a surprise.
