Liked: Pleasant reception staff, bed was comfortable enough, room was very clean
Disliked: I didn't like the "shared" concept. I would have preferred a mini fridge, own kettle etc and didn't check this when I booked. A hair dryer in room would have been good too.

Great value hotel suitable for...

Liked: Location was very close to the restaurants and night life of Smith St. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very quiet. As a new hotel, the facilities were very modern.
Disliked: It was fine for me as I was by myself, but the bed was against the window and wall so for a couple, one person would have to climb over the other to get out of bed. The rooms also lacked facilities like tea and coffee (although there was a communal area) and an iron and housekeeping was not offered either.

Liked: The staff are amazing. Great location close to all the best bars and restaurants. Loved everything except that the window in room didn’t open.
Disliked: Just the window not opening in room. Really hard to sleep locked in a room with no fresh air

Liked: One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, room is not big but very functional, big smart tv is a plus!

Liked: The location is great, and the bed super comfy
Disliked: Didn’t love not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Sometimes you just don’t want to have to get dressed and go interact with others in a common area just to make a morning cuppa. I feel like thats such a basic amenity to leave out of a room

Liked: Location was good, close to restaurants, supermarket, public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen outside. The bathroom was very clean and modern.
Disliked: Nothing!
